A new era of electric mobility on the water
The Monaco Energy Boat Challenge is considered one of the most important international platforms for sustainable maritime innovation. The aim of the event is to test zero-emission propulsion technologies under real-world conditions – efficiency, speed and endurance in practical use.
In the speed category, the average speed is measured over two 1-kilometre stretches – a format that closely resembles everyday use on the water. The Frauscher x Porsche 850 Fantom confidently prevailed against a high-calibre international field of competitors and set a new all-time record in the history of the competition.
